你的健康資料如何被處理
本政策適用於「我的血壓」iPhone 與 Apple Watch App(以下稱本 App)及本網站。
1. 健康資料只存在你的裝置
你輸入的血壓、心率、用藥、服藥紀錄、回診、慢性病連續處方箋、攜帶物品清單與藥物照片,都只保存在你的 iPhone。開發者不經營任何伺服器,也沒有 App 帳號,因此無法看到、取得或出售你的健康資料。Apple Watch 與 iPhone 之間透過 Apple 提供的 WatchConnectivity 在你自己的裝置之間同步。
2. Apple「健康」App(HealthKit)
只有在你於設定中開啟「寫入 Apple 健康」並同意授權後,本 App 才會把你記錄的血壓與心率寫入「健康」App。開啟「從 Apple 健康讀入」並同意授權後,本 App 會讀取其他 App(例如藍牙血壓計的 App)寫入「健康」的血壓與心率,匯入後只保存在你的 iPhone。Apple Watch 版在你記錄血壓時,會讀取手錶最近 15 分鐘內量到的心率並自動帶入。HealthKit 資料不會被用於廣告或行銷,也不會傳送給開發者或任何第三方。
3. 相機與照片
你為藥丸或藥袋拍的照片只保存在本 App 內。「拍血壓計自動帶入數字」拍下的照片,只在你的 iPhone 上以 Apple 裝置端的 Apple Intelligence 模型辨識數字,辨識完即丟棄:不會上傳到任何伺服器,也不會存到相簿或 App 內。
4. 通知與「漏吃藥通知家人」
量血壓、吃藥、回診與領藥提醒都是 iPhone 本機通知。「漏吃藥通知家人」由你自行在 iPhone「捷徑」App 建立自動化,手機簡訊由你的手機直接傳送給你指定的家人,開發者不會收到任何內容。
5. 廣告(Google AdMob)
免費版會顯示 Google AdMob 提供的非個人化廣告。本 App 不會要求「允許 App 追蹤」授權,也不會把任何健康資料提供給廣告服務。為了顯示廣告、計算成效與防止詐欺,Google 可能會收集裝置與網路資訊,例如 IP 位址(可推估大致位置)、裝置型號與系統版本、廣告互動紀錄及診斷資料。詳情請見 Google 隱私權政策與 Google 如何使用合作夥伴網站或應用程式的資訊。購買「永久移除廣告」後,本 App 不再載入任何廣告。
6. 購買
「永久移除廣告」由 Apple App Store 處理付款,開發者不會取得你的付款資訊。
7. 你主動分享的內容
回診 PDF 報告、CSV 匯出檔、「傳給家人」的今日摘要,以及「備份與還原」的備份檔,都只會在你按下分享或匯出時產生,並由你選擇存放位置或傳送對象(例如「檔案」App、Email、醫師或家人)。備份檔含有你的健康資料,請妥善保管。
8. 資料保存與刪除
刪除 App 即會刪除 App 內的所有資料。已寫入「健康」App 的血壓與心率,請在「健康」App 中管理或刪除;你自行匯出的備份檔,請在你存放的位置刪除。
9. 兒童
本 App 並非為 13 歲以下兒童設計。
10. 醫療聲明
本 App 僅供個人健康紀錄與提醒使用,分級參考 2022 台灣高血壓治療指引,不能取代專業醫療診斷。個人的控制目標請以醫師建議為準。

Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the 我的血壓 (My Blood Pressure) iPhone and Apple Watch app (the "App") and this website. The App's interface is in Traditional Chinese; English names of settings are given in parentheses.
1. Health data stays on your device
The blood pressure, heart rate, medications, dose records, appointments, chronic prescription refills, checklists and medication photos you enter are stored only on your iPhone. The developer does not operate any server and the App has no accounts, so the developer cannot see, obtain or sell your health data. Your Apple Watch and iPhone sync directly with each other using Apple's WatchConnectivity.
2. Apple Health (HealthKit)
Only after you turn on 寫入 Apple 健康 (Write to Apple Health) in Settings and grant permission does the App write the blood pressure and heart rate you record to the Health app. After you turn on 從 Apple 健康讀入 (Read from Apple Health) and grant permission, the App reads blood pressure and heart rate written to Health by other apps (for example, a Bluetooth blood pressure monitor's app); imported readings are stored only on your iPhone. When you record blood pressure on Apple Watch, the watch app reads the heart rate measured by the watch in the last 15 minutes to pre-fill the form. HealthKit data is never used for advertising or marketing and is never sent to the developer or any third party.
3. Camera and photos
Photos you take of your pills or medication bags are stored only inside the App. Photos taken with 拍血壓計 (Scan BP monitor) are processed only on your iPhone by Apple's on-device Apple Intelligence model to read the numbers, and are discarded right after: they are never uploaded to any server and are not saved to your photo library or in the App.
4. Notifications and missed-dose alerts to family
Reminders to measure blood pressure, take medication, attend appointments and pick up refills are local notifications on your iPhone. The missed-dose alert to family uses an automation you create yourself in the iPhone Shortcuts app; the text message is sent directly from your phone to the family member you choose. The developer does not receive any of its content.
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version shows non-personalized ads provided by Google AdMob. The App does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission and never provides any health data to advertising services. To serve ads, measure performance and prevent fraud, Google may collect device and network information such as IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device model and OS version, ad interactions and diagnostic data. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. After you purchase 永久移除廣告 (Remove Ads Permanently), the App no longer loads any ads.
6. Purchases
Payment for Remove Ads Permanently is handled by the Apple App Store. The developer does not receive your payment information.
7. Content you choose to share
PDF visit reports, CSV exports, the daily summary sent with 傳給家人 (Send to family), and backup files from 備份與還原 (Backup & Restore) are created only when you tap share or export, and you choose where they are saved or who receives them (for example the Files app, email, your doctor or family). Backup files contain your health data; please keep them safe.
8. Data retention and deletion
Deleting the App deletes all data in the App. Blood pressure and heart rate already written to the Health app can be managed or deleted in the Health app. Backup files you exported yourself should be deleted from wherever you stored them.
9. Children
The App is not designed for children under 13.
10. Medical disclaimer
The App is for personal health records and reminders only. Its blood pressure categories follow the 2022 Taiwan Hypertension Guidelines. It does not replace professional medical diagnosis; please follow your doctor's advice for your personal targets.
