This game does not collect your personal data

This policy applies to the GUTSY: Stomach Capacity iPhone app and this website. If future services or data practices change, this policy will be updated.

1. Game progress and records

Best scores, stage progress, sound settings, and display settings are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. They are not sent to our servers and do not leave your device. Deleting the app removes these local records.

2. Game Center leaderboard

The app offers an optional global leaderboard through Apple Game Center. You can choose whether to sign in. Without Game Center, the full single-player game remains available. If you use Game Center, your nickname and scores are handled under Apple's Game Center and privacy rules. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. Ads and tracking

The app contains no ads, uses no advertising SDK, and does not track users across apps or websites.

4. Purchases and accounts

The app has no in-app purchases and does not require an account.

5. System permissions

The app does not request access to camera, photos, contacts, location, microphone, or similar system permissions. Gameplay uses touch controls only.

6. Website

This website does not include analytics or advertising scripts added by us. It is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process connection and security logs under its own policies. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.
